The production facilities were built in 2013. In 2017, a doubling of area and production capacity was achieved. A high level of automation, a perfect working environment and safe working conditions have been achieved, with impressive living quarters. The management and production team is 45 people. In 2017, a process of technological renewal began. We purchased the latest generation 5-axis CNC machine. In the second half of 2019, we implemented a new digital line for furniture production, which allowed us to manufacture furniture from MDF veneer, glossy acrylic panels. In 2020 . The renovation continued, by CNC package-cutting saw , last generation edging machine , automatic wide belt sander for deep processing of wood. In 2021, we implemented a European project through which we delivered a second 5-axis CNC machine of the latest generation, a four-sided machine and a chipper for the residual product from the furniture.
The main goal in the creation of “Elegance Mebel” is quality as a strategy for future development. With our new production facility, commissioned in April 2013, the best team in our field , top class machinery and installations, we guarantee a quality product for our customers. “Elegance Mebel” is a newly built factory, which allowed us to maximally plan the limitation of the production process, to optimally limit each workplace. All our equipment is supplied from Italy , by leading engineering companies in our industry – SCM , Imatec , Griggio , Viet , Giardina , Kaeser , Ingersollraund , Untha. With a significant part of our current team we have been manufacturing furniture since 1995, but in recent years we have become convinced that experience and a lot of effort alone are not enough.
