Established in 2011, Bio Cultures Ltd. is a company entirely focused in sustainable growth of several types Herbs and Spices for Essential Oil production in the Heart of the Country – The Rose Valley in Bulgaria. Our approach is mainly to deliver the higher possible quality of our products which are organic, natural and Bio with European Union Certificates. We are able to achieve this goal by following our main strategy for a complete production cycle from seeds, seedlings and plants to the agriculture cultivation, mainly grown on our own land plots in Central Bulgaria, part of the EU. We have our own factory for Steam Destilation of Essential Oils, which is the main method to extract this most valuable ingredient from the plants in the industry.
One of the unique reasons for our business location is our land. It is situated between two mountains – “Stara Planina” and “Sredna Gora”. The place is also known as the world famous “Rose Valley” with extremely balanced climate, long summer, not too high temperatures and short, soft winter rarely going below -8C. The area is popular in the Medical and Cosmetics industries with its Essential Rose and Lavender Oils as well as other oils from herbs and spices. Currently there is no heavy industry in the region, its entirely ecological clean without technical and chemical pollutants, which helps us to deliver Organic, Natural and Bio produced Essential Oils.
