The production complex at Dragor was established in 1971 as a base for production of information media. During the years to 1990, the plant used to be the only one producer of magnetic media and diskettes in the Eastern bloc. Since the mid-90s, the plant was restructured into private companies with change in production, and MM Mechanics OOD, established in 2000, became the leading company for machining of parts. During the last years, MM Mechanics OOD develops aluminum high pressure die casting, thermal treatment, coatings and assembly. Special attention is dedicated to the quality control with investments in the latest measurement machines.
