Architectural and museum reserve Tsarevets

The earliest traces of life on Tsarevets Hill date back to the Late Chalcolithic (4200 BC). The hill was also inhabited during the Bronze Age and the Iron Age. Remains of dwellings and ceramics from the Hallstatt culture (XIII-V centuries BC) and from the later Latin culture (V-I centuries BC) were discovered.
