“MAK” AD is a vertically integrated company that produces raw fabrics, with production lines for finishing – dyeing and printing fabrics, with a variety of enrichment technologies, including – hydro/oleophobic coating, lamination, antibacterial finishing, flammability reduction, treatment against insects (mosquitoes) and etc. The cycle closes with the production of ready-to-wear garments like military and police uniforms, workwear of all kinds and leisure and sportswear.

The weaving department is equipped for the production of fabrics from 50 g / m2 to 450 g / m2, in different types of weaves, both in plain and in multi-coloured fabrics. Fabrics are manufactured in different compositions – cotton, cotton / polyester, cotton / polyamides, 100% polyamide, 100% polyester silk, aramid and antistatic fabrics. The loom has its own development unit, equipped with modern “ARAHNE DOBBY” software for fabric development, which gives us the opportunity to visualize the fabrics in 3D . The quality control system for raw fabrics guarantees high quality fabrics.
The dyeing and finishing processes are highly diversified and high-tech. We have separate sectors for dyeing yarns of 100% cotton, cotton / polyester, cotton / polyamide with reactive, grease (VAT), disperse-vat and disperse-reactive dyes, in a capacity serving our own production of multicoloured fabrics. Sector for dyeing 100% cotton, cotton / polyester, cotton / polyamide, 100% polyamide, 100% polyester silk, aramid and antistatic fabrics, with reactive, disperse, VAT, acid and metal complex dyes, and the methods applied for dyeing are PED-STEAM and the flash-aging method. Fabric printing – Rotogravure printing system with reactive, pigment and vat dyes, up to 8 colours with guarantee for high durability.
The printed fabrics for uniforms fulfill all the client’s requirements, meeting NATO standards for visible and IR spectrum camouflage. Dyestuff production has a color center for measuring and designing colors related to the production process. For dye-finishing processes, there is an in-house laboratory for the inter-operative control of the technological parameters and the final control for the qualification of the fabrics in a specialized department, before dispatch to the customers. On final inspection, the fabrics receive a full quality certificate from an accredited laboratory.
MAK-B has its own unit for development of finished products, which includes manufacturing of own models and production of models according to the client’s demands. The company has a CAD-CAM reproductive system, a department with the necessary equipment for the production of a pre-production sample, and production and documentation of the necessary technical documentation for production. The cutting area is with high-capacity and fully automated to service its own manufacturing, and sub-contractors in special programs when additional capacities are needed. The sewing department specializes in the manufacturing of all kinds of uniforms and workwear and a line for production of shirts and certain leisure and sports products. For many years, MAK-B has built relationships with reliable subcontractors, whose activities we control with the technology department, our own transport and quality control unit. All production coming out of the sewing department or subcontractors goes through complete control and packaging.
