The “Old Cherry” House in the village of Razhdavitsa is a guest house restored according to the modern needs of tourists, while preserving its authentic appearance. Most of the windows, doors, and floors are original. It is located in the center of the village. Nearby is the “Assumption of the Virgin Mary” church and the “Svetlina 1913” community center, the “Struma” river, two small village shops with basic necessities. The house has rooms for sleeping for a maximum of 21 people with five bathrooms and toilets, an equipped kitchen, a tavern, a barbecue, and a fenced courtyard. It is suitable for relaxation and holding family and company events. Demonstrations of old crafts and tourist hikes to the natural and tourist attractions of the area can be organized.
The village of Razdavica is located on both banks of the Struma River at the beginning of the Zemen Gorge. It is a starting point for many tourist routes to the Polska Skakavitsa Waterfall, the village of Garbino, the town of Zemen, the cave and the spring of St. Ivan Rilski. The Sofia-Kyustendil railway line passes through the village. 3 km away is the village of Shishkovtsi, where the great Bulgarian artist Vladimir Dimitrov – the Master lived and worked. Here you can visit the House-Museum of the Master, and in the courtyard you can drink a cup of coffee or tea. In the village of Shishkovtsi every year at the end of September, the three-day international festival “Balkan Carpet” is held – a festival of the Balkan carpet, the master grill, folklore and crafts. The nearby rivers Dragovishitsa and Struma are suitable for fishing and picnics, as is the pond “Chardaka” on the Struma River, which is suitable for sunbathing during the summer months. The calm and flat inter-village roads in the area are suitable for cycling routes. Between the mountain villages in the Konyavska Mountain area there are conditions for mountain biking.
