Garment production is an organized activity consisting of sequential processes such as laying, marking, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, pressing and packaging. This is a process of converting raw materials into finished products. It will be difficult to maintain the industry if production is not, up to the mark if the preproduction phase of preparation of material is not properly carried out. Our Design department is equipped with state-of-the-art technological tools to make the production process have a perfect outcome. Our designers use CAD systems from the leading software companies to create the pattern according to client specifications. Then the automatic manufacturing systems in the Cutting department receive the information from our designers, in order to cut fabrics with extreme accuracy and therefore minimize waste & costs. Our company was established in 2001 in Blagoevgrad of Bulgaria. The first years we operated mostly in sewing and packing and gradually after 2006 we were growing our exports. Today we have two privately owned factories, one in Blagoevgrad, which is 3000qm and the other one in Sandanski which is 1000qm. Both of them are fully equipped vertical production units with advanced technical equipment and a work force of 250units. Our monthly capacity is 200,000pcs per month. We can proudly say that since 2008 we are every year 1 of 1000 biggest exporting companies in Bulgaria according to the Bulgarian Chamber Of Commerce And Industry.
The company is certified from Intertek an international provider for working conditions, health & safety, environment and business ethics according to BSCI Code Of Conduct with a grading 97%.
